'An Island Mystery'

Two full-page illustrations responding to an article about the real history of the Pacific island, Easter Island (or Rapa Nui). These were intended to show how the island once flourished, before falling into disarray due to European colonisers in the 17th century. By showing how the island was once full of life, the aim was to show the progressive increase in the lack of biodiversity.
